The Real Estate Investor's Magazine
There is going to be a lot of chocolate given this week. Which also means there will be a lot of chocolate consumed this week. I love the way chocolate releases the endorphins in my brain and that warm, fuzzy feeling it gives. I can't seem to get enough. Such is one way we express our love to those around us that matter. The people closest in our lives that have a hold on our heart. Just like our heart, when chocolate begins to get warm it will soften and melt. And since chocolate comes from the cocoa bean, which is a plant, we can consider chocolate healthy. After all, it's salad, right?
So the point of all this comes down to where your passion lies. It's were your heart is. There is scripture that says "for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also". While chocolate is great, I submit that investing for one's future, or the future of another, is a greater treasure.
So I look at the photo above and know that I am able to purchase the underlying note, using funding from a Joint Venture Investor, for less than $20,000. Far less. This is less than 1/2 of the most conservative value. This investor sees the wealth-building value by investing in the note secured by this piece of residential real estate. One thing I've found in over 35 years in the mortgage industry, most people prefer to sleep indoors. We will work to keep this borrower in the house. After all, they invested into this house back in 2010 enough to add $38,700 to the taxable value. They should be motivated. This investor has the vision to see the treasure in this asset and build for the future, which is better than a Hershey's kiss.

My passion lies in acquiring promissory notes secured by residential real estate. I add to that helping homeowners stay in their homes. Plus, I really enjoy helping people, just like you, achieve superior returns in their IRA's or other investment capital, all from a purely passive basis. It releases endorphins in my brain and gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling. It shoots an arrow right through my heart. What's your passion? Do you have investment capital waiting to be deployed? Or, did you suffer a thrill on the stock market roller coaster these past days? Did your Cadbury egg fall out of your nest?
Thanks again for reading. I appreciate your interest and support. There are hundreds of homes like the one shown above. Perhaps the next one melts your heart. Or at least releases some endorphins.
