The Real Estate Investor's Magazine
Happy Easter, everyone. Because of the significance of this day, this will be short. We've got some pork loin slow cooking in the kitchen and the house is full of that aroma.
We are at the end of the first quarter of 2018, and I am behind on my note purchasing goals, but still encouraged. We have plenty of year ahead of us, and I've been busy this past month talking with new sources. Plus, with a few other adventures planned for April, the balance of this year looks really good. Really good. The fruits of my labor will come to fruition.
On Saturday, April 7, I have the opportunity to present at NoteCAMP 5.0, hosted by Scott Carson and the We Close Notes team. In previous NoteCAMP's, I've been part of a panel. This time, I have my own 75-minute time slot. I can hardly wait to see what I'm going to say. Keynote speakers this time include Sharon Lechter and Rhonda Britten. Sharon is the co-author of Rich Dad Poor Dad and 14 other books. Two of her best selling books are Think and Grow Rich-Three Feet From Gold and Outwitting the Devil were both written in cooperation with the Napoleon Hill Foundation. Rhonda is the founder of the Fearless Living Insitute. She is perhaps best known for being the lead life coach on the reality TV series Starting Over. Then there's me. (I didn't make the picture.)
Anyway, this will be a hoot and I look forward to sharing "One Investor's Approach to Finding the Pot of Gold". Click on the photo above for more information.
