Spencer Lugash Esq., affectionately known as the Short Sale Counselor, will be here to share his experiences, educate our members and field questions about the legal and practical issues surrounding real estate investing and short sale management. Mr. Lugash brings over 14 years of experience with him in legal compliance, contracts and disclosures, loss mitigation (short sales, loan modifications) and investor protection strategies to our stage. He currently works with homeowners, investors and real estate agents, advising them on the legal and practical issues surrounding loss mitigation options, particularly short sales. As one of the owners of San Diego’s fastest growing flat fee real estate brokerage, Big Block Realty and of The Lugash Law Center,  Mr. Lugash has seen just about everything.

Real Estate has been at the cornerstone of Mr. Lugash’s practice since 1998, he brings a wealth of experience to real estate transactions of all types, levels and complexity.

Spencer Lugashis a versatile professional with more than 14  years of business and legal experience. After graduating from Pepperdine University School of Law, Spencer went on to practice law in areas of health care, real estate & business. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker who has owned his own real estate company and served as in-house counsel and general counsel for a number of other real estate Brokerages and investment companies. Spencer has worked with Clients and Employers in handling a range of business and real estate matters from simple negotiations to complex business formation and deal structuring.  Spencer has been seen on local news programs and served as a legal expert on the 760 KFMB talk radio program The Money Maker’s for over a year.  Currently, Spencer remains at the forefront of understanding Lender liability, Homeowner rights, and real estate law in general.  Spencer represents and advises individuals and businesses and acts as general counsel for many San Diego real estate companies. Spencer can also be found on San Diegos ESPN 1700 talk radio fielding real estate questions.
