 y and served as in-house counsel and general counsel for a number of o
 ther real estate Brokerages and investment companies. Spencer has work
 ed with Clients and Employers in handling a range of business and real
  estate matters from simple negotiations to complex business formation
  and deal structuring.  Spencer has been seen on local news programs 
 and served as a legal expert on the 760 KFMB talk radio program The Mo
 ney Maker’s for over a year.  Currently, Spencer remains at the for
 efront of understanding Lender liability, Homeowner rights, and real e
