About Mr. Ham:

BILL HAM started his professional carrier as a pilot and flight instructor but he wasn't flying high financially. Bill turned to real estate and spent one year building his real estate education, including his first Boot Camp with Dave Lindahl. He quit his full-time job making $35,000 a year and started flipping houses. He had 32 single family houses in his local market of Macon, Georgia, when he attended Apartment House Riches for the second time. Bill signed up for Gold Coaching and within the first year closed on 3 apartment complexes. Today Bill has 125 units in his real estate portfolio, coaches for RE Mentor, and operates his real estate management company, Phoenix Residential Management.
