Join a Hilarious Game of MultifamilyU Monopoly

Join us for the brand new game of MultifamilyU Monopoly. Let's kick off 2019 with some FUN while we dig in on key concepts for multifamily property analysis. Anna Myers, lead underwriter for Grocapitus, will lay the foundation by teaching underwriting basics (and then some) on how to analyze apartments.

Next we will organize into teams and provide you with a quick deal analyzer dashboard (laptop required if you want to follow along. If you don’t bring a laptop, don’t worry, there will be plenty of people in the room who will have them).

And then it’s time to spin the wheel !! Who knows what riches or disasters lurk for your apartment building as we spin the wheel to see each team's fate. Let the hilarity ensue as the teams battle it out to see who will win and who will lose the interactive game of MultifamilyU Monopoly.

ABOUT ANNA MYERS

Anna Myers is the Director of Acquisitions at Grocapitus, a commercial real estate investment company in the San Francisco Bay Area. Anna is the lead underwriter for the company - responsible for sourcing and underwriting Commercial properties across the U.S., for 275+ investors.

Grocapitus founder Neal Bawa’s portfolio of over 1600 units/beds is projected to be at 2500 in 12 months. The portfolio includes Multifamily and student housing properties in 7 U.S. states.

Anna also teaches underwriting for MultifamilyU both monthly via webinars as well as quarterly in MultifamilyU Boot Camps. MultifamilyU is an apartment investing education company led by Neal Bawa. Nearly 4,000 students attend Neal’s multifamily seminar series each year and hundreds attend his Magic of Multifamily boot camps, and Anna is a co-host for many of the events.

Anna Myers also co-hosts a Real Estate Investor Meetup in the Bay Area with over 700 members. In addition, she is an AirBnB Superhost in two markets in the US. Related to Multifamily Syndication, Anna and Neal have partnered together to purchase 500+units of apartment projects in 2018.
