Come join the Summit team on our Atlanta area single family turn-key cash flow property tour. This is a great opportunity to see the neighborhoods and add high cash flow real estate investments to your portfolio.
All attendees will have the chance to tour our homes for sale and meet our professional team.
The Atlanta housing market is still a buyer’s market. Inventory levels are lower than the last year. However, home prices are still at the lowest since the 1980′s.
Atlanta, with no natural boundaries, is the largest metropolitan area in Georgia. It is the hub of economic activity in the southeastern part of the US. The Southeast is the 4th largest economy in the world.
