Introducing Anthony Patrick:
A Journey of Transformation, Leadership, and Giving Back
In the dynamic world of real estate investment, few stories are as inspiring as that of Anthony Patrick. A proud Southern California native, Anthony began his journey over 25 years ago with humble roots as a handyman, home inspector, and property manager. That hands-on foundation became the launching pad for an extraordinary career, leading him to successfully flip hundreds of homes across California, Las Vegas, Arizona, and Chicago.
Today, Anthony is the owner and operator of New Harvest Ventures LLC, New Harvest Realty Inc., and BCB Construction, all headquartered in beautiful Rancho Cucamonga. His deep industry knowledge, sharp investment instincts, and unwavering work ethic have positioned him as a respected leader in the real estate community.
Yet what truly sets Anthony apart is his passion for mentoring. For more than a decade, he has dedicated himself to teaching and guiding aspiring investors, equipping them with practical tools, proven strategies, and the confidence to build lasting success. He believes real estate is not just about properties—it’s about people, legacy, and impact.

Anthony attributes his success to his strong faith in God and the steadfast support of his beautiful wife, Mindy. Together, they have transformed their vision into a mission—using their platform and resources to serve others and strengthen their community.
A cornerstone of Anthony’s life’s work is supporting the homeless population throughout Southern California. With a special focus on U.S. veterans, recovery and rehabilitation centers, homeless women, and nonprofit organizations, Anthony and Mindy actively work to create affordable housing opportunities and pathways to stability for those in need.
Anthony shared his real estate expertise and faith-driven approach to business every Sunday at 10 AM on AM 590 The Answer, “The Talk of the Inland Empire,” the Inland Empire home of the Los Angeles Rams. During that season of his life, his insights, transparency, and commitment to service inspired listeners throughout the region.
Anthony Patrick—an inspiring leader, devoted mentor, and passionate advocate for affordable housing. His life is a testament to what is possible when faith, perseverance, and generosity come together in pursuit of a greater purpose.
