The California-based Investment Magazine is Hosting Free
Investor Events Across the Country to Mingle with Online Fans.
The public is invited to complimentary real estate expos and wealth-building conferences designed for new and advanced investors, REALTORS and entrepreneurs. The events are sponsored by Realty411Magazine.
The expos will take place in four cities:
Santa Barbara, CA (July 14), Emeryville, CA (July 28), Seattle, WA (August 11) and Kansas City, MO(August 25 & 26). A variety of nationally recognized speakers will educate on many aspects of real estate including: foreclosures, wholesaling, long-distance investing, fix 'n' flips, plus creative techniques.
Guests from around the country are scheduled to attend these free events. "We produce Realty411 expos and mixers throughout California and Arizona, and now we look forward to expanding to other key cities," says Linda Pliagas, founder of Realty411.
Pliagas has been a landlord for 17 years, since the age of 25, and the publication she started in 2007 has been responsible for millions of dollars worth of real estate deals closing around the country. The magazine is structured as a network organization, one that provides referrals to members in need of assistance.
"I know real estate is a relationship-based business, so it's time to meet our readers in person," she says. Currently, Realty411's social media network is nearly 30,000 globally. "We have many Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, MeetUp and SlideShare friends to greet face to face -- technology only goes so far," she adds.
Investors and companies from throughout California have attended past expos. The events have also lured guests and sponsors from Arizona, Nevada, Missouri, Tennessee, Mississippi, Oregon, Alabama, Ohio, Indianapolis, Texas, Florida, Washington, New York and Massachusetts.
Realty411 is available at Whole Foods Markets, Rite Aid and CVS stores as well as real estate club meetings and events. Complimentary copies are mailed to investors and industry leaders and subscriptions are available. Digital editions are viral and available on almost 20 websites.
