REALTY411

The Real Estate Investor's Magazine

Hello to all Realty411 Magazine subscribers. It's great to be a part of the group. Here is a little information on our company for investors that are looking for new outlets for conservative, passive investing opportunities:

MMG Capital is a private, asset-based lender that makes hard money loans secured by prime real estate nationwide. We employ some of the most conservative asset underwriting standards around to ensure that every loan that we make is well-secured and investment-grade. Our positioning as a smaller, private firm gives us a distinct advantage in the marketplace as we're able to hand pick the best opportunities and harvest only the best opportunities for MMG Investors.

All approved MMG Capital Investors are given the opportunity to invest in our Trust Deed Programs. Each Investment Program targets a minimum double-digit return and is structured primarily for the safety of principal. The experience of our management team is what drives our ability to identify and produce lending opportunities that are far superior to those of typical mortgage pool or trust deed investments.

In addition to providing opportunities, our firm also services all MMG Capital loans and performs ongoing due diligence to preserve the integrity of all of our investment products over time. Our hands-on approach is what guarantees the success of our investments from beginning to end.
