Huntington Beach Hard Money JV Equity Profit Sharing Deal Funded!

We Funded a hard money loan in the city of Huntington Beach with our Private Money Fix n Flip Profit sharing program. This loan was submitted by a mortgage broker out of Newport Beach. We funded this transaction in seven business days! The borrower was a real estate professional that has been operating for seven years with a track record. He buys distressed assets with  his LLC in the orange county areas of Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, crystal cove and laguna beach. He was a little low on capital, so we did our Fix n Flip Equity Profit Sharing loan program.  Loan Docs were in escrow 24 hours after the appraisal came in, We funded the day after the borrower signed loan docs! This was a Win-Win for Both Borrower & Investor with this Joint Venture Trust Deed Investment
