I am a real estate entrepreneur, mentor, speaker, and published author with 25 years of real world experience buying and selling properties and mortgage notes.

Currently, I am leveraging that experience as a seller finance consultant; helping people sell their properties up to 70% faster, and at the highest possible price via today’s new generation of seller financing. My specialty is assisting these sellers with the creation of mortgage notes from scratch that feature maximum safety, cash value, and saleability.

I've also written several courses on real estate investing, two of which have been sold on a national scale. My first book has just been launched as an e-version, and will soon be available in print on Amazon.com. It is a unique, edgy, and highly entertaining approach to real estate education, and is being released under two separate titles to accommodate various buyer tastes and preferences.
